he text me at 4:54:40 pm I won a Honda Accord is totaly false

They call me every half hour from 7PM-10PM last night. They mostly call only twice, but every night at around 7PM.

Answered. There was no response from the caller.

Calls and does not leave a message try to call number back and receive a constant busy signal, no matter when I call them back

Called an unlisted family member's phone looking for me???? How did they get the phone number???? Left no message.............

They claim they are with Vista and I have gas rebates coming in the mail,then ask me for account info. I said if they have my card# they need to tell me what the last four digits are. Sure enough they had the last four on my credit card.

calls three times a day and its getting really annoying

Robo call asking me if I planned to vote in the November election, whether or not I considered myself a "Tea Party Patriot" and whether or not I have a favorable opinion of Sarah Palin. I have an unlisted cell phone number. I don't know how they got it. I am not happy.

Calls every night. Request that calls be stopped.

the caller stated that he worked for a american law firm. I asked what this was about he said I took a payday loan, I have never taken a payday loan. so I asked more queations like how much was the loan for and what date I received this money. Tom said I cant give you that information. Why? so I asked what company was sueing me and it is American Payday loans. I think Im going to keep calling "Tom Smith" just to tell him what a a*# he is and keep his line busy. Scammers I will also report the number to the better business people. This scam needs to stop!!! I'm a younger person and at least new not to give them money but what about people who dont know better and there trying to scare you on paying rite away.
